Three-Tier Progression
Tier 01
Effort Badges
Earned at home by showing up consistently. Athletic ability irrelevant. The great equalizer. 8 Pillars × 9 Badges = 72 total. Earn all 72 and unlock the HOME RUN Badge. Parents can add daily home chores to the list.
Tier 02
Skill Badges
Fixed standards on a progressive ladder. Work toward the next rung at your own pace. Curriculum adapts automatically. Jump rope 50 → 100 → 250. Pitchback 10 → 20 in a row. Always the next step.
Tier 03
Assessment Levels
Staff-administered quarterly. Sprint times, vertical jump, throwing velocity, exit velocity, pitchback accuracy, ground ball fielding, flexibility, sport IQ, all measured against your own prior performance. Never against other children.
